Yo Mama Yoga is not just a Yoga Studio.  It is  a center that focuses on pregnancy, new motherhood, and new families.  Our goal is to serve you through not only great prenatal and post-natal yoga, but through a community that nurtures and supports your journey to and through motherhood.  The studio offers Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Childbirth Education Classes, Mommy and Me Yoga, Family Yoga, Kids Yoga, Birth Consulting, Doula Services, Prenatal & Postnatal Massage, Yoga For Fertility, Spa services, as well as pregnancy-related practitioners under the same roof!  Yoga is one of the best things you can do for your Pregnancy, and your new Family!

Our Childbirth Class, Inspired Birth, is reccommended by midwives and doctors alike.  Our students are having empowered, natural births in home and hospital settings!
