Prenatal Yoga (drop ins welcome)
Our Signature Prenatal Yoga Classes combine strength training, flexibility and focus in a lovely community setting. Safe for all stages of pregnancy! Opens the pelvis, helps strengthen the back to support the extra weight of pregnancy, and builds endurance for childbirth. Pranayama or breath work helps calm the mind and spirit. Also, get your questions answered about your upcoming birth! Share the joys and trials of your pregnancy, while taking care of your body and baby.
Prenatal Express (drop ins welcome)
All the same love of a full class, packed into one hour and fifteen minutes. Come on over for your lunch break, and leave yogified!
Prenatal Yoga (Partners Welcome) (drop ins welcome)
This class invites partners to join in our signature Prenatal Yoga Class. All the elements of our other classes, plus partner poses done either with your own partner or with another mama in class. Partners are always invited, but never required. Let your partner get the support and community that you enjoy so much! Note to partners: no previous yoga experience is required.
Mommy & Me | Pre-walkers (drop ins welcome)
These yoga classes focus on the needs of new mamas: strong core work, energizing yoga and rejuvenating poses. All done in a place where your baby is welcome to nurse, nap, or play with toys. We involve the babies as weights, as well as some shared mama/baby poses, and infant massage. Mommy & Me classes cater to newborns (4 weeks old) through approximately 1 years old (pre-walkers). Moms with toddlers will usually be more comfortable in Mommy and Walking Toddlers or Family yoga, but everyone is welcome. Depending on their tempermant, some older kids do great in this class!
SUNDAY'S 10am-11:30am: Mommy & Me Yoga, Partner's Welcome as well! This is a great chance for partners to bond with mom and new baby! However, partners are not required!
Women's Yoga - Kids Welcome | Walkers-4years old (drop ins welcome)
This yoga class focuses on the needs of mamas and toddlers and creates a fun environment for family play & bonding. It includes strong core work, energizing yoga and rejuvenating poses. Children are welcome to join in the workout or play with toys during class. Moms with infants will usually be more comfortable in Mommy and Me, but everyone is welcome. Depending on their tempermant, some babies do great in this class.
Mama Love Yoga (drop ins welcome) with Kelly Roche
Mama Love Yoga revolves around mothering the mother ~ we reflect our nurturing energy back in on ourselves. In this class we weave together flowing and relaxing movement, breathing and mindful meditations, and the richness of our mama community. Ideally women coming to this class have awareness of their returning core strength from attending Core + Restore postnatal yoga, as this class is most beneficial to postnatal mama's who have healed or are actively healing their core. Give yourself the gift of Mama Love Yoga, which in turn ripples out as a gift for your family and others around you.
Family Yoga | All Ages (drop ins welcome)
This yoga class focus on the needs of new parents (and Grandparents) and creates a fun environment for family play & bonding. It includes strong core work, energizing yoga and rejuvenating poses. All done in a place where your kids are welcome to join in or play with toys. Mondays and Saturdays are open to ALL AGES! (4 weeks to 98 years old). Babies may do best in the Mommy & Me classes.
Core & Restore (drop ins welcome) with Kelly Roche
Core & Restore Yoga is a postnatal yoga class open to all women in need of connecting into the core of their being, and finding balance in the nurturing essence of restorative yoga postures. This is the perfect class to focus on and heal most any degree of diastasis Recti - the separation that can occur in the rectus abdominis through pregnancy. This class is designed to restore our internal shape after childbirth, no matter if that's 6 weeks or 6 years out from baby-land. Core & Restore Yoga will work you to a light sweat, then cradle you into a deeply soothed state to take back home... Mmmm!
Yoga For Cancer Survivors with Laura Kupperman
This class is for survivors of any type of cancer, at any phase of survivorship. The class is geared to the needs of participating students, and includes gentle stretching, strengthening, and deep relaxation. You will also learn postures to help with side-effects from cancer treatment. Payment is made directly to instructor, not through Yo Mama or with a Yo Mama class pass. Yoga for Fertility
Join other individuals and couples who want to bring a child into their lives. This class helps prepare the body for pregnancy and taps into our own innate fertility. No matter how you are trying to grow your family, you are welcome at Yoga for Fertility. This five class session is offered in partnership with Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine and is taught by Laura Kupperman. Laura is a certified yoga therapist at the 1,000 hour level and is experienced in safely working with individuals and couples as they try to conceive, including during all phases of IVF and IUI.
