There are several ways we get to know you and your family before your birth.  We meet with you officially several times (3) before your birth at your home.  Furthermore, we are delighted to have our monthly birth circle that all four of us are at and are available to talk with you and answer questions.  In addition, two of our doulas are yoga teachers and connect with women and their partners at class if desired.   We are extremely detail oriented and meet regularly to discuss our families and make sure we are taking care of each of them as best we can with all of our skills at play.  At your birth we will each know if it is a foot rub or scalp massage that you like better, if you are comforted by an image of the high mountain peaks or grandmas apple pie, and all the fun information in between.  We all adore births and in our opinion get to know you better than we would if we practiced on our own.
