Our doula support includes-

• wisdom and attention of four experienced doulas 
• access to our monthly group birth circle to learn and connect with doulas, other expecting families
• unlimited email and phone contact with doulas
• two prenatal visits at your home
• A third prenatal visit at your home for acupressure massage or visualization to encourage labor (near your due date)
  
• physical,  emotional, and informational support at your birth
• two postpartum visits at your home 
  • one shortly after birth
  • second upon request (if needed)
• Docuementation of your birth (this may include photos, video and/or a birth story or timeline)
• access to our extensive library
• assistance with your birth plan
• help getting your baby into the best position for birth 
• breast-feeding support
• information about slings and newborn care
• tips on how mom can heal best and postpartum issues
  

Because we are a group- you are guaranteed to have a well rested and enthusiastic doula at your birth.  When we need fresh energy and ideas we can call in another doula for extra support. We are all equally here to support you.  We are able to provide our clients with exceptional care with many extras. The community of clients as well as the four doulas provide you with comprehensive care and support in this precious year.

Price- $1495

Postpartum doula support available on occasion at an hourly rate of $30/hr.
