Processing the Emotions of Motherhood: A yoga and journaling w-shop for prenatal and postpartum mamas
A new mom or mama-to-be can feel happy, excited, happy, completely loving, then anxious, concerned, sad and lonely…all in the span of one day, or even one hour! In this workshop, you will use the power of writing and reflection to connect with your emotions and the practice of yoga and movement to process and move past them. You will walk away with simple, grounding tools you can use when you feel overwhelmed with the emotions of pregnancy and motherhood.
Join us on either Wednesday, February 22, 7-9:15pm
Or on Saturday, February 25, 3-5:15pm
