Kelly Roche, Studio Director: In Kelly's prenatal classes, a nurturing, sacred space is created for momma’s-to-be to come and learn breathing, meditation and movement exercises specific to pregnancy and birthing.We focus on cultivating inner body & breath awareness, core and pelvic floor strengthening, physical & mental endurance, as well as relaxation techniques. This class is a place to discover how to best work with the inevitable changes each day brings, and to connect with other women, your Self, and your beautiful growing baby.
