Yo Mama Yoga has grown!  Our main studio, called "The Roots" is located at the top of the first flight of stairs on the right, Suite 201.  Starting June 1, 2009 we will also be holding classes in "The TreeTop", Suite 300.  The studios are available for rental for weekly classes, workshops, and events! Please contact us for rates and availability.

There is office space available as well, for a birth practitioner (ideally a pre/postnatal massage therapist, midwife, prenatal nutritionist, or something along those lines) It is currently available for 1, 2, or 3 days a week.  Please contact us ASAP for details.
